Our Chef - Adam Penfold

Adam is a locally born, experienced chef motivated by great local produce and seasonal cooking.

He started cooking during his school days, as many chefs did, in the sink as a pot wash.

His career path has led him around Wales cooking in some of the most respected establishments. Adam has worked in - The Walnut Tree Abergavenny under Shaun Hill ( Michelin star ) Le Gallois Cardiff ( 3 Rosettes ) Welcome to Town Swansea ( 2 Rosettes ) and #7 Church St Monmouth ( 2 Rosettes )

He has gained vast experience working with some fantastic chefs using amazing Welsh produce.

Adam brings his fantastic cooking skills and ethos to The Three Horseshoes.

As a key member of our great team we will continue to produce the great food that The Three Horseshoes is now well known for.
